Established in 1988, originally catering to small domestic projects and customers from the light industrial sector. Now undertaking large contracts within the residential and commercial/industrial sectors. Based in Guildford, we provide services in the South East, with a large proportion of our work taking place in London.

 

In 1997 we became a NICEIC approved contractor and in 2018 we gained BAFE accreditation for the supply/installation of Fire Alarms.

We take Health & Safety very seriously for all our employees and clients, to that end we have SMAS Worksafe SSIP Approved accreditation together with our H&S Consultants, to ensure our practices and procedures adhere to current legislation.  All employees receive up to date training with regular inspection of procedures.

 All electricians are qualified to City & Guilds accreditation together with 18th Edition IEE regulations.  We offer two to three electrical apprenticeships per year to school leavers/young people on a day release basis, offering on the job training to gain necessary qualifications to become fully qualified electricians. To date Designer Electrical has trained over forty apprentices.
